Hello Summer Readers!

The Online Summer Reading Program will end at 6:00 p.m. Saturday, August 27th.

Wee Reader Birth to 2 Years (registration closed)

Come by the Children's Desk with your digital device or a print out of your activity log or badge showing that you completed 15 early literacy activities and receive your final prize. Last day to claim final prizes is Saturday, August 27th 2016.   Well done, families of Wee Ones!

Kids  3 to 12 Years (registration closed)

Come by the Children's Desk with your digital device or a print out of you reading log or badges showing you read at least 10 or more books over the summer and receive your final prize. Last day to claim final prizes is Saturday, August 27th, 2016. Great job, Summer Readers! 

Teens

How does it work? Read or listen to any 5 books, in any language or format (graphic novels, ebooks, manga, audiobooks included) and log your information. For 5 items you will earn an entry into our prize drawing (you must come to one of our branches to claim). Read or listen to 10 books, you will earn a second entry into our prize drawing(you must come to one of our branches to claim).  Read or listen to 30 items or more and turn your log book in by Saturday, August 27th and you will be invited to a fun back to school party. Details and date TBD. Claiming raffle entries: Participants are asked to provide the appropriate badge by either printing it out or presenting it to staff on a digital device.  

Adults 

How does it work? Read or listen to any five books, in any language or format, audiobooks and e-books included. To participate, you must finish five titles and turn in your completed online log to any Napa County Library location by August 27, 2016 to enter our grand prize drawings. What do I read? Choose any books you want! Need some summer reading suggestions? Call (707) 253-4235 What are the prizes? Participants have the opportunity to enter to win the following prizes: one of four $25 gift certificates to the Napa Bookmine Bookstore, an Electric Guitar, $50 gift certificate to Crush Ultra Lounge and the Meritage Resort and Spa, or a Gourmet Dinner Package for two on the Napa Valley Wine Train.
